FAQ
Yes — we offer scheduled tours of the Dog Mansion.
We don’t do traditional meet-and-greets. Instead, we recommend a trial daycare or overnight stay so we can truly get to know your dog in a real setting, not just a few minutes. This helps us provide safer and more personalized care.
We recommend a trial overnight stay first so we can see how your dog adjusts and make sure they’re comfortable.
Dogs should be crate-trained or used to sleeping alone, since they sleep in their own private suite at night. Separation anxiety can be stressful for them, so this step is important.
For longer stays, a trial overnight is required — especially if you’re traveling far or out of the country — so there are no last-minute pickup emergencies.
We designed the Dog Mansion to feel calm, spacious, and never overcrowded — more like a home than a traditional kennel. We have 50 private suites and three play yards, and dogs are always grouped by temperament for comfort and safety.
We never place more than 20 dogs in the yards at one time, so every pup has room to play, relax, and receive real supervision — not chaos or stress.
For overnight stays, we can accommodate up to 50 dogs, each in their own cozy suite. All dogs also receive regular potty walks and individual attention throughout the day.
Our goal is quality care over quantity, so your dog feels comfortable, safe, and genuinely cared for while you’re away.
Absolutely. Every dog is fed separately and individually to make sure they eat their own food and feel comfortable. We also sit with them while they eat and, if needed, will even hand-feed to encourage picky eaters.
Some dogs can be protective around meals, so private feeding prevents stress and keeps everyone safe. It’s a calm, one-on-one experience — more like home-style, luxury care rather than a rushed traditional kennel routine.
Don't worry about bringing bowls from home—we have plenty of food and water dishes available for your dog. Additionally, we kindly ask that you do not bring any personal items, such as blankets, toys, or other belongings, as these can get lost or damaged during your dog’s stay. Rest assured, we’ll provide everything needed to keep your pup comfortable and happy!
Yes! We love keeping you connected while you’re away. You’ll receive photos and updates throughout your dog’s stay so you can see how they’re doing and enjoy little moments of their day.
You’re also welcome to check in anytime, and a team member is always available to talk if you’d like an update. We know your pup is family, so we make sure you never feel out of the loop.
